About Megan Rodgers
Megan Rodgers is a dedicated Realtor with Smith Realty Group and has proudly served clients for over 11 years. With extensive experience across all types of real estate transactions, Megan specializes in helping buyers and sellers navigate residential, investment, and rental properties with confidence and ease. She has a special passion for working with first-time homebuyers, guiding them through each step of the process and making homeownership both attainable and stress-free.
In addition to her work with Smith Realty Group, Megan also serves in the real estate department at Bertram, Cox & Miller, giving her valuable insight into transactions from start to finish. This well-rounded experience allows her to guide clients through every step of the process with precision and care.
Megan and her husband, Nathan Rodgers—owner of Rodgers Construction—personally own multiple rental properties and continue to expand their portfolio, giving Megan firsthand knowledge of investing, building, and property management.
Megan is a proud wife and mother of three: Weston (and his wife Lindsey), Ella, and Tenley. She is passionate about building lasting relationships, providing honest guidance, and helping her clients achieve their real estate goals.
